Our Testing Facilities

Our Testing and Clean Room Facilities allow our multi-skilled, time served work force to test and certificate Safety Valves to API 527 Standard. Fully automatic rigs allow us to test valves hydraulically to pressures up to 400 BAR. ISO 9001: 2000 Approved Certificate No. 5464.

We are a Eutech approved testing station.
Hydrostatic test pressures of 450 BarG air and gas test to pressures of 350 BarG.
All valves are seat leak tested to comply with API 527.
All valves are overhauled and returned to manufacturers specification, complete with test certification and a 1-year warranty.
